Privacy policy

teotihuacanvisit.com stores the 3 fields of the contact form on its own server, counts page views without personal data, runs Google Analytics 4, keeps no accounts and sees no booking.

What teotihuacanvisit.com stores

teotihuacanvisit.com stores 3 things: the messages sent through the contact form, a count of page views and the data of Google Analytics 4, GA4. It keeps no accounts and sends no newsletter. No page asks you to log in.

The view counter records how many times a page was opened and nothing about the reader.

Contact form messages

The contact form has 3 fields: name, email and message. All 3 are stored on the site’s own server. The date of arrival is stored with them. A copy goes by email to the mailbox that answers you.

Your message is used to answer you and for nothing else. It is passed to no one else. It is added to no list. A hidden field in the form catches robots: a message that fills it is rejected and nothing is stored.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics runs on Google Analytics 4 in its standard mode, and its cookies are the only cookies the site sets. The site reads counts of pages and visits and sees no name. A click on a booking button is counted as an event with the code of the tour and nothing about you.

Your browser can block those cookies and every page still opens. The contact form sets no cookie.

Booking on the marketplace

The booking happens on the site of the marketplace, under its own privacy policy. A booking button on this site opens the page of the tour on the marketplace in a new tab. The site sees no booking details: no name, no card, no date of travel. The affiliate disclosure page explains the commission.

How to have a message deleted

Write to forms@teotihuacanvisit.com and name the date of your message; the stored message is then deleted. The same address answers questions about this page. The about page says who writes the site.

This page is dated 4 November 2026.
